Signed as a free agent on September 6, 2022

2025: Signed one-year extension with REDBLACKS on January 20.

2024: Dressed in all 18 games. Completed 31 passes for 320 yards. Rushed 39 times for 206 yards and seven touchdowns (tied for third among CFL quarterbacks), averaged 7.1 yards per carry.

2023: Dressed for first time on June 10 at Montreal. Saw first game action vs Edmonton on June 30, rushing twice for seven yards. Entered in relief of injured Jeremiah Masoli on July 8 at Hamilton, completing 14 passes for 149 yards, and rushing six times for 91 yards and first CFL touchdown. Made first start on July 15 vs Winnipeg, leading REDBLACKS to « Crumback » overtime victory with two rushing touchdowns, including walk-off winner. Threw first two CFL touchdown passes the following week at Calgary, leading Ottawa to second straight overtime win. Started all remaining games, finishing season with 266 completions for 3,109 yards and ten touchdowns, rushing for 712 yards and nine touchdowns on 96 carries.

2022: Spent Training Camp with Kansas City Chiefs. Signed with REDBLACKS on September 6.

COLLEGE: Suited up for Kent State from 2017 to 2021. Named MVP of 2019 Frisco Bowl, leading to team to first bowl game win in program history. Named First Team All-MAC in 2020.  Earned MAC MVP, Offensive Player of the Year, and First Team All-MAC honours in 2021, passing for 3,187 yards, 20 touchdowns, and just six interceptions, while rushing for 703 yards and 12 touchdowns on 161 carries.
